The verbs tener and venir in the present tense

The verbs tener (to have) and venir (to come) are irregular and are conjugated like this in the present tense:

Yo tengo
Tú tienes
Él/ella/usted tiene
Nosotros/as tenemos
Vosotros/as tenéis
Ellos/ellas/ustedes tienen
Venir en
Yo vengo
Tú vienes
Él/ella/usted viene
Nosotros/as venimos
Vosotros/as venís
Ellos/ellas/ustedes vienen

Tengo 106 años.

I'm 106 years old.

Tengo dos entradas para la ópera, ¿vienes conmigo?

I have two tickets for the opera, are you coming with me?

Note: verbs ending in -tener (obtener, mantener, etc.) and -venir (convenir, prevenir, etc.) share this irregularity.
