Note the numbers contained in Icarus's lyrics!
(Feel free to listen to the audio as many times as you like!)

Please write the numbers as figures (56), not words (fifty-six)!

3,033 1, you are like a son to me.
Number 19 2, you are small, but you're like a person, I call you Paul.
3.58439 3, to be a decimal is not a crime.
I like numbers of every kind, but my favorite is 1,456,895 4!
1 3,033: Icarus says "three thousand and thirty-three". Note, this is British English. In America they usually say "three thousand thirty-three". Icarus says that the number 3,033 is like a son to him! Normally we use the idiom "like a son to me" when talking about a younger male companion who is very close to you. Example: I've known him since he was a baby - he's like a son to me.
2 19: Icarus says "nineteen"! Apparently, in the bizarre mind of Icarus, the number 19 is like a person and he calls him Paul! Weird...
3 3.58439: Icarus says "three point five eight four three nine". Note that in English, we pronounce each figure after the decimal point. Example: 33.33 = thirty-three point three three. Ah, numbers... you have to love them!
4 1,456,895: According to the conversation, "one million, four hundred (and) fifty-six thousand, eight hundred (and) ninety-five" is both Icarus's and Edward's favorite number! Note, in American English, the "ands" that separate the numbers are usually omitted. Therefore an American would probably say: "one million, four hundred fifty-six thousand, eight hundred ninety-five". Note also that, in English, we often put commas (not decimal points) after the "millions" and "thousands" columns.
