1 cosy: The term "cosy" (UK) or "cozy" (US) means "comfortable" or "at ease". When Dr. Donna tells Susie to get "cosy" on the sofa she wants Susie to make herself comfortable or at ease by sitting down on the sofa.
2 touchy: A "touchy" subject is one which is "delicate" or "sensitive". Touchy subjects are often personal. In this dialogue, Dr. Donna suggests that Susie's difficulties finding a boyfriend is a "touchy" subject.
