ready for: "To be all set" indicates that someone is ready or prepared for something. Example: I was all set to leave when the travel agent called and told me the flight was canceled. "All set" shares a similar meaning with "ready".
dreading: To dread something is to worry about it, or to not look forward to it. The verb "to dread" indicates an anticipation of something unwanted or unpleasant. Example: I am dreading the bill for my telephone this month.
looking forward to: To look forward to something is to be happy or excited that something is coming or going to happen. Example: I was looking forward to my birthday party for weeks.
excited about: To be excited about something expresses that someone is happy or energetic about it. Example: I was excited about my upcoming promotion at work. "Excited" does not share a similar meaning with "all set".
