He said he was coming 他说他在路上了。
This is an irregular verb:
I say / I said / I have said
Say... (or "Let's say..."): 说… 快说…（让我们谈论）
Say, are you free Friday night? 快说，你周五晚上有空吗？
You'll need, say, three hours to finish this job; that should be enough time. 喂，你需要三个小时来完成这项工作，三小时足够了。
